Green Tea – 2 cu in the morning {waking up before a Blogilates Pick-Me-Up Quickie Workout (it's only 8 minutes long and anyone can do it – watch your shoulders though, my left shoulder kept popping during the side arm lifts) and going to class, 1 during my lunch/book session, 1 as I study, and 1 before I go to bed. BOOM.
