Interesting. . . a calculator that tells you the best times to fall asleep depending on what time you need to wake up in the morning- based on sleep cycles. I really love my sleep! (I looked it up for tonight – I missed the first one which would have had me sleeping 9 hours and so the next one has me sleeping 7 hours)
