Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Mix sweet potatoes, chickpeas, onion cauliflower and brocolli in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roaste sweet potato mixture in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
