Ingredients:
CHICKPEA/CHANNA SANDWICH: #1
1 1/2 tbsp green chutney
3 tbsp cooked channa
1/4 tsp chaat masala
A fat pinch of hing/asafoetida
4 onion slices
1 tomato slice
1 capsicum slice
Extra chaat masala
Bread slices

POTATO/ALOO SANDWICH #2
1 boiled potato
1 1/2 tbsp green chutney
salt to taste
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of onion
A sprinkle of chaat masala
Bread slices

CORN SANDWICH: #3
Toast bread on a dosa tawa and keep aside.
2 tbsp green chutney
3 tbsp boiled corn
1/4 tsp chaat masala
salt as needed
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

CAPSICUM CHANNA SANDWICH: #4
2-3 tbsp capsicum chutney
3 tbsp: boiled channa
1 green chilli
1/2 lemon
salt as needed
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp desi ghee (for healthy fats)

PANEER/COTTAGE CHEESE SANDWICH: #5
50 gm paneer
1 grated carrot
1/2 onion
1 green chillli
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1-2 tsp green chutney
salt as needed
1/4 capsicum, chopped
Bread slices
*Note: This oil free paneer bhurji mix can be used as filling for roti
For this sandwich you may need about 1/4 of the mix, the rest you can keep in fridge in an airtight container and used later.

1/4 boiled sweet potato
11/2 tbsp green chutney
salt to taste
1 tbsp homemade curd/dahi
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of onion
a fat pinch of chaat masala
bread slices

*Note* if you do not have a toaster like mine, you can simply toast both sides of the bread on an iron tawa
If there are filling left, you can store in the fridge and use later.
